                                                            Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp garlic
 - 1 tsp mixed dried herbs
 - 1 tsp red wine vinegar
 - 1 tsp olive oil
 - 2 tbsp Silver Spring Foods Stone Ground Mustard
 - 1 tsp soy sauce
 - 4 6oz salmon filets
 - salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions:
- Mix olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vineger, garlic, Silver Spring Foods Stone Ground Mustard, and dried herbs in a bowl.
 - Salt and pepper to taste.
 - Brush each side of the salmon fillet with mixture.
 - Grill salmon at 450-500 degrees for 8 minutes on each side.
