                                                            Ingredients:
- 2 Persian cucumbers (or 1 English cucumber), thinly sliced
 - 1/2 cup white vinegar
 - 1/2 cup water
 - 1½ tbsp sugar
 - 1 tsp kosher salt
 - 1½ tbsp Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish
 - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
 - 1 clove garlic, smashed
 
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer to dissolve.
 - Remove from heat and stir in Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish.
 - Pour over sliced cucumbers in a bowl or jar. Let cool, then chill for at least 20–30 minutes before enjoying. (They get better after an hour!)
