                Ingredients:
                
- 2 lbs whole button mushrooms
 
- 1 white onion
 
- 2 cloves garlic
 
- fresh parsley
 
- ½ tsp salt
 
- ½ tsp pepper
 
- 1 1/2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
 
- 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
 
- ½ cup Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli
 
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 
                Directions:
				
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
 
- Scoop out the mushroom stem and finely chop saving the tops for later.
 
- Sauté mushroom stems, and onion until the onion is soft and translucent. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
 
- Remove from heat and stir in parmesan, breadcrumbs, and Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli.
 
- Spoon mixture into the mushroom caps, top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
 
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve with additional Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli.
