                                                            Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
 - 1 tbsp Silver Spring Beer’n Brat Mustard
 - 1 garlic clove, minced
 - Salt and pepper (to taste)
 
For the Mustard Slaw
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
 - 2 tbsp mayo
 - 1 tsp Silver Spring Beer’n Brat Mustard
 - 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
 - Salt and pepper
 
Directions:
- Mix turkey burger ingredients (ground turkey, Silver Spring Beer'n Brat Mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper) and form patties.
 - Grill or pan-fry until cooked through.
 - Mix slaw ingredients (shredded cabbage, mayo, Silver Spring Beer'n Brat Mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
 - Serve burgers on buns with a scoop of slaw on top.
