Made With: Beer 'n Brat Mustard
- ½ cup Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy (or another Lemon Shandy)
- 3 tablespoons Silver Spring Beer’n Brat Mustard
- ½ teaspoon orange zest
- ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice (2 oranges)
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:Whisk first seven ingredients together. Continue whisking and stream in the olive oil until well combined with other ingredients.
Serve over fresh salad greens, orange slices, grape tomatoes, broccoli, slivered almonds, and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
