Garlic Parmesan Aioli

Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs whole button mushrooms
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • fresh parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Scoop out the mushroom stem and finely chop saving the tops for later.
  3. Sauté mushroom stems, and onion until the onion is soft and translucent. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan, breadcrumbs, and Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli.
  5. Spoon mixture into the mushroom caps, top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve with additional Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli.
