Chicken and Veggie Wraps with Chipotle Ranch

Chicken and Veggie Wraps with Chipotle Ranch

Ingredients:
  • 4 (8-inch) lower sodium whole wheat tortillas 
  • 1/2 cup Silver Spring Chipotle Ranch
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped skinless rotisserie chicken breast meat 
  • 1 cup sliced red and/or yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup 3-inch-long carrot sticks 
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
Directions:

Place tortillas on work surface; spread with Silver Spring Chipolte Ranch. Layer lettuce, avocado, chicken, bell pepper, carrots and cucumber in center of tortillas; roll up and cut each wrap in half. 

Serves: 4 (1 wrap) servings
