Add a comment: Beet Horseradish Vinaigrette
- 1 small beet, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp Silver Spring Beet Horseradish (adjust for heat preference)
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3/4 – 1 cup olive oil
Directions:Put all the ingredients including Silver Spring Beet Horseradish in a food processor and puree until smooth.
Adjust the seasoning as needed.
Serve over fresh salad.
