                                                            Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 2 tablespoons Silver Spring Dijon Mustard
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
 
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together Silver Spring Dijon Mustard, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
 - Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, or until opaque and lightly charred.
 - Serve with grilled vegetables, rice, or over a salad.
