Dijon Mustard

Club Clairemont Eau Claire Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz pork roast
  • 1 slice colby jack
  • 1 cup wild arugula
  • 2 tomatoe slices
  • 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 Tsp Silver Spring Dijon Mustard
  • ½ cup pickle chips
  • 1 oz Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish (for crusting pork roast)
  • 3 slices of bread
  • oil
  • salt and pepper as needed

Directions:

  1. Toast the bread with oil on both sides until it is a little golden.
  2. Combine Mayonnaise, Silver Spring Dijon Mustard, pickle chips, and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread sauce one side of the bread. Then layer the pork, cheese, arugula, tomato, onion, more sauce and Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish.
  4. Repeat building sandwich with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Cut in four pieces, then it is ready to serve.
