- 1 small Beet, peeled & cut into chucks
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Silver Spring Beet Horseradish
- 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- Equipment needed
- Food Processor or Blender

In a food processor, add chunks of beet, garlic, Silver Spring Beet Horseradish, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey and small amount of olive oil. Start blending ingredients together. Slowly drizzle in remaining olive oil while blending to emulisfy. Once fully blended, transfer to a serving container & enjoy!
