Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs large shrimp (16–20 count), peeled and deveined
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- Silver Spring Seafood Cocktail Sauce
Directions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil with lemon halves and salt
- Add shrimp and cook 2 to 3 minutes until just pink and opaque
- Immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking
- Drain and chill
- Arrange chilled shrimp on a platter with lemon wedges
- Serve with Silver Spring Seafood Cocktail Sauce!
