- 6 hardboiled eggs
- ½ cup Silver Spring Dijon Mustard
- Lettuce & tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Your favorite bread
Directions:Rough chop the eggs into bite-size pieces. Mix in Silver Spring Dijon Mustard and the fresh lemon juice. Add salt & pepper to taste. Dish up the mixture on your favorite bread, add some lettuce and tomatoes and it’s ready to eat.
