Ingredients:
- 1 wheel of brie cheese (about 8 oz.)
- Silver Spring Cocktail Sauce
- Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish
- Cooked shrimp
- Smoked salmon slices (optional)
- Mini crab cakes or seafood bites (optional)
- Assorted crackers and crostini
- Sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes or carrots
- Thinly sliced prosciutto or salami
- Cubes of sharp cheddar or pepper jack cheese
- Grapes or apple slices
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Directions:
- Place your brie clock in the center. On one side, set a small bowl of Silver Spring Cocktail Sauce surrounded by shrimp and seafood bites.
- On the opposite side, set a small ramekin of Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish alongside smoked salmon, cucumber slices, and crackers.
- Arrange meats, cheeses, and fruits around the board for pops of color.
