Judy Christensen is our Director of Food Safety and R&D and Certified Food Scientist at Silver Spring Foods. She has extensive knowledge in food safety regulations, food labeling, new product recipe development and scale-up. Judy works directly with her team to improve recipes and make them taste better, which is one of the main reasons she loves being a part of the Zing Masters™ experts.

When she’s not developing Silver Spring Foods recipes, you can find Judy hunting, fishing, reading, cooking, and watching Hallmark movies.

Judy like to enjoy horseradish is in a bloody mary, deviled eggs, or added to a cold dip. 
One of her favorite Silver Spring products in our Stone Ground Mustard, which she says is great for adding to deviled eggs or is perfect when used as a binder when smoking meats.
