Grilled Pork Chops with Horseradish Applesauce


4 (4 oz.) center-cut pork loin chops
3 T. olive oil
1 T. Montreal Seasoning (or seasoning of your choice)
1 C. Silver Spring Fresh Ground Horseradish
1 C. applesauce


Warm grill to medium-hot. Combine olive oil with Montreal seasoning. Rub pork with spice mixture; let stand 10 minutes. Place pork on grill rack. Grill 4 minutes. Turn pork; grill 2 minutes. Brush each chop with remaining seasoning mixture, and grill 2 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Serve pork chops with applesauce mixed with horseradish.

    Wow! Absolutely no comparison to this horseradish! It's the very best! Love it on filet, burgers, chops, and in sauces. It's a real gourmet treat.
